Rick Gooding is EasyLink’s vice president of operations, responsible for the company’s Information Technology and global quality assurance program. In this role, Rick supports and develops enterprise business applications, productivity solutions, engineering support applications, voice and data networking and data center operations. He had previously served as executive vice president and general manager of the Transaction Delivery Services business unit and vice president of operations. Rick joined the company in 2001 to oversee the business and technical transition from AT&T.
Before joining EasyLink, Rick spent four years with B2B Internet startups and consulting services. Prior to that, he served as president of Western Union Data Services Company from 1994 until 1996 and held general management positions at MAI Systems Corporation from 1991 until 1994. He began his career in 1971 at Western Union Corporation where he held various positions of increasing responsibilities. |
