Mr. Friedfeld joined the Company in October 2003 and brings over 13 years of unique experience drawn from both accounting and healthcare backgrounds. Prior to joining LogiMedix, Mr. Friedfeld was the President and Managing Director of Friedfeld & Corcoran, P.A., a full service accounting and healthcare consulting firm. He has provided "hands on" accounting services at the staff, managerial, and officer level positions for retail, medical, manufacturing, banking, and finance organizations, and is an expert in tax planning, compliance, research, and defense for closely held businesses and their shareholders. His firm was a Charter Member of the CPA Healthcare Network and Affiliated Healthcare Advisors, two national organizations comprised of consulting firms, whose membership is reserved for those firms with extensive expertise in medical consulting. Mr. Friedfeld served on the editorial boards of those networks and has written numerous articles for local and national medical publications. He currently chairs the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Healthcare Industry Committee, and has earned a reputation as an entertaining speaker and dynamic trainer in the healthcare field. Mr. Friedfeld received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting, from East Carolina University, and holds a Master's of Business Administration degree in Taxation, from the University of Miami. |
