Rick joined Athletes' Performance as the Performance Manager in Los Angeles on January 2, 2008. A 14 years veteran of the fitness and performance training industry Rick started his career as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy in 1994.
In 2005, Rick earned his Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from the University of El Paso and in 2006 he completed his Master of Science degree in Human Performance from the California University of Pennsylvania. His graduate research centered on running mechanics and runner's knee.
He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Neurobiology at The University of California Irvine. |
