Since joining EOI in 1997, Rick’s responsibilities have grown to include management of asbestos, lead and other environmental inspections, asbestos remediation design, contract bidding and administration and management of abatement services. He also has extensive Phase I environmental assessment experience and has performed property condition surveys/engineering assessments. Cwiklowski has more than 15 years of consulting experience with a wide range of environmental-related services and three years of asbestos abatement management and supervision. He has completed projects in 24 states. Rick received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla and has been a registered professional engineer in Missouri and Illinois for more than 20 years |
