Rick Cohen is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is the third generation Cohen to lead the company. Rick grew up in the business, working summers until his graduation from college in 1974, when he came to work full time at C&S. Rick became CEO of C&S in 1989.
In 2002, Rick was a national finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award. Rick serves on the Board of Directors of the Food Marketing Institute (FMI). His community service includes serving as a member of the Board of Overseers at Dartmouth Medical Center. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Cohen Center for Holocaust Studies at Keene State College in New Hampshire. Over the past two decades, he has served on the boards of various other civic organizations in both Brattleboro, Vermont, and Keene, New Hampshire.
He holds BS in Accounting from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He was also awarded honorary doctorate degrees from Keene State College (Keene, NH) and Assumption College (Worcester, MA). |
