Mr. Summers is Vice President/Director of Investor Relations. In this role he is responsible for communicating Weingarten Realty's strategy and value proposition to the investor and financial analyst communities as well as continued development of the investor relations program to maximize shareholder value.
Richard joined Weingarten Realty in 2005 as Controller and was promoted to his current position in January 2007. Prior to joining Weingarten Realty he was a Managing Director with JP Morgan Chase in New York. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Lamar University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and is an active member of ICSC. |
