Richard Siber has spent the last 21 years exclusively in the wireless industry. Mr. Siber recently retired as a partner in the Communications & High Tech practice at Accenture, where he focused on helping manage Accenture's worldwide wireless communications efforts. He was involved in all aspects of the mobile and wireless community for Accenture. Mr. Siber was also the global lead of Accenture's Service Delivery Platform (SDP). He is a frequent industry speaker and has chaired, moderated or spoken at more than 250 wireless conferences and forums worldwide. Mr. Siber has also led a number of CEO workshops for the wireless industry in conjunction with CTIA. He has been quoted on hundreds of issues related to wireless communications in over 50 industry-related business publications, including: The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times of London, Forbes, Fortune, RCR, Wireless Week, Wireless Review (formerly Cellular Business), Business Week and a host of others. He has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as a "Guru in the Wireless Industry" (9/20/99) and by the Industry Standard/The Grok as the "Guru of Gadgets" (11/00). Mr. Siber has averaged over 300 media interviews a year for the last 10+ years. Mr. Siber was an adjunct professor at Boston College for nearly ten years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and an M.B.A from Boston College. |
