Mr. Seelinger serves as Senior Vice President of Policyholder Services for SeaBright, and in this role, he has technical and administrative responsibility for our claims handling operations. Rich served in an identical capacity with the Eagle Insurance Companies, which he joined in 2000. Having begun his insurance career in 1985, Rich held a series of critical executive positions with the Kemper Insurance Companies including Director of Corporate Planning and Research and served as the company's Workers Compensation Claims Officer. Rich holds a BA degree in History from Western Illinois University. |
