Dr. Richard Rubin specializes in Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine, practicing at Cardiovascular Medicine, LLC in Maryland where he is a Managing Member. Dr. Rubin is also Chief of Cardiology at Sibley Memorial Hospital.
