Rich Rodstein was President and CEO of K2 Inc., a global sporting company. The Company’s leading brands include K2, Shakespeare and Stearns. He led K2 as its President and CEO for twelve years during his nineteen year career with the company. Rich held numerous operating positions including president of the K2 brand, which included skis, snowboards, inline skates and bikes, and of Shakespeare Fishing Tackle. Rich joined K2 Inc. as the Company’s CFO in 1983. Prior to joining K2 Inc. Rich was a manager with the public accounting firm of Ernst and Young. Rich serves in an advisory and or board of director capacity to numerous companies. He is an advisor to Razor USA, the market leader in push scooters and electric scooters. He is an advisor to Lexington Ventures and in addition to Global Care Quest; Rich is currently involved with investments in Post Logic Studios and Sabeus. Rich has also served as a director of Bravo Sports and Xenonics. Rodstein is a CPA and holds an MBA and a BA in economics from UCLA. |
