Mr. Ricks is group president of CSC's Global Infrastructure Services (GIS), with responsibility for leading the organization that provides comprehensive infrastructure services to our customers globally. Previously, Mr. Ricks was group president, CSC's Americas Business Development and was responsible for leading CSC's pursuit of opportunities for outsourcing, systems integration and consulting to Fortune 1000 enterprises.
Prior to joining CSC in January 2003, Mr. Ricks held the position of chief information officer (CIO) at Nortel Networks. In this capacity, he provided the leadership required for Nortel to be a recognized leader in IT and supply chain management. As CIO, Mr. Ricks was accountable for all aspects of IT operations with employees and operations in over 300 locations worldwide. He was responsible for the evolution and management of a secure, world-class network which extended to employees, customers, partners and suppliers. |
