Mr. Reiss has been a member of the Glowpoint board since August 1991. Mr. Reiss was the founder of All Communications which, with View Tech, Inc. created Wire One Technologies in May 2000. Prior to forming ACC, Mr. Reiss was self-employed as an independent telecommunications consultant from February 1990 to July 1991. From 1987 to 1990, he served as Vice President of Sales of NyConn Information Services, Inc., an operator's services company. From 1984 through 1986, Mr. Reiss was Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of TeleDigital Corporation, a New Jersey-based interconnect company acquired by Standard Telecommunications Corporation in 1986. Standard Telecommunications Corporation was in turn acquired by JWP Information Services. During Mr. Reiss's leadership, TeleDigital was the largest distributor of Walker Telecommunications, a manufacturer and provider of electronic key telephone systems. From 1982 to 1984, Mr. Reiss was a founder and Executive Vice President of TeleSolutions, a New Jersey-based interconnect company. |
