Rich founded Altamira in 2002 as a response to the changes and the challenges he saw taking place in the industry. At that time, most agencies seemed unable or unwilling to respond to industry-wide changes that were revolutionizing the way marketing and creative services were commissioned.
Rich has worked with clients of every size and type, including global giants and regional brands, general consumer products and business-to-business brands. His agency experience includes Grey Advertising, Cunningham & Walsh/NW Ayer, Genova & Partners and The Lord Group. Client assignments range from advertising, brand strategy, new product development and brand naming to corporate communications, design and promotional programs. In 1992, Rich co-founded Sterling Group, the New York-based consultancy specializing in brand strategy and brand design.
For over 25 years, the constant has always been Rich’s love of problem solving, using communications and creativity to grow client businesses. Rich considers himself fortunate to have worked with some of the industry’s greatest clients, including GE Capital, Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Kraft Foods, MBIA, Miller Brewing, Milliman, Procter & Gamble, Ricoh Corporation and Tropicana.
Rich graduated from Penn State University with a BA in Advertising. |
