Richard Rader began his career at FI in 1981. For several years he served as Manager of Middle East Operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He returned to Houston in 1993 to manage FI's international sales group and was instrumental in expanding operations in South America and Canada. He was appointed Vice President of International Business Development in 1998. Richard is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. |
