Richard brings over 20 years experience in the information services and HR outsourcing industries, with extensive experience working for high-growth organizations. In his new role, Richard will focus on the efficient delivery of our implementation services and help clients realize the full potential of our strategic software tools. Past work experience includes a position with Ceridian, where he was responsible for initiatives focused on improving the customer experience. This included pioneering an award-winning corporate university, chairing the Customer Advisory Council, and leading various initiatives focused on service and implementation. Previous roles at Ceridian included leading the Hartford and Manhattan offices, where he was responsible for implementation, account management, and technical support. Prior to Ceridian, Richard held various implementation and service roles with Staff Management / SeatonCorp a leading provider of on-premise staffing solutions.
Richard’s prior experience has demonstrated his ability to build strong teams and deliver exceptional results. He is customer-focused, and believes in creating strong partnerships with customers to identify and achieve their organizational goals.
Richard holds a BA in Management and Organizational Development, and has completed additional training in aspects of HR and change management. Additionally, he has led Six Sigma projects focused on improving customer-facing processes.
