Richard Podlesny Biography :

Mr. Podlesny has decades of experience in amorphous silicon photovoltaic manufacturing. He was one of the key persons at BP Solar (formerly Solarex) responsible for the construction of BP Solar's 10MW a-Si PV production line. He has built several other large area deposition systems at Solarex/BP Solar. Mr. Podlesny currently leads the equipment construction effort at MWOE.
