Richard is a seasoned corporate finance and valuation professional. His background includes extensive experience in the areas of business enterprise valuations, financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, creditor advisory, financial and economic analysis and econometric modeling. In addition, he has provided expert witness testimony in connection with various bankruptcy and commercial litigation disputes. Over the past 15 years, Richard's engagements span a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, resort and hospitality, restaurants, aerospace, technology, retail, mining, energy and public utilities. Prior to joining XRoads, Richard was a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers' Financial Advisory Services group. |
