Rich Palmer joined the company in May 2000, and is responsible for all corporate development activities, including strategic merger and acquisition prospecting, integration and management. Previously, Mr. Palmer was director of corporate development at Xerox, and was instrumental in Xerox' $925 million acquisition of the color print division of Tektronix Corporation. He also served in a number of financial management positions at Xerox including vice president of business analysis for Xerox Financial Services, Inc., corporate assistant treasurer, and manager of planning for Xerox' Latin-American Operations.
