Mr. Lettiere is a vice president of CRA International. He has led numerous engagements in intellectual property and bankruptcy and solvency disputes, and has performed valuations in a number of different areas, including patents, trademarks, and enterprise level analyses. Prior to joining CRA International in 1998, Mr. Lettiere was a manager in KPMG Peat Marwick’s Financial Services Consulting practice. He also has considerable experience in financial and accounting matters through his work as a public accountant and on the finance staff of the Walt Disney Company and Morgan Stanley, among others. Mr. Lettiere is a member of the Licensing Executives Society International and an associate of the American Society of Appraisers.
Mr. Lettiere has managed CRA’s engagement team in the solvency analysis of an energy trading, pipeline, broadband, and Internet company in bankruptcy. Mr. Lettiere has also supervised engagement teams in many types of intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark and trade secret litigation, as well as breach of contract matters. In this role, he has managed assignments from discovery through trial. Mr. Lettiere has performed lost profits, reasonable royalty, price erosion, unjust enrichment, and other economic and financial analyses. He has led engagements in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, automotive, plush toys, agriculture, medical products, and flat glass. |
