Mr. Katzman has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Kaz, Inc., a manufacturer of humidifiers, vaporizers, and other consumer appliances. From 1987 to 1997, he served as President of Kaz, Inc. Mr. Katzman is also on the Board of Trustees of Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, NY and Friends of Clermont in Livingston, NY. He is the brother of John S. Katzman, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of our company. Mr. Katzman received a BA from Brown University.
