Richard has amassed nearly 20 years of product management, engineering and software design expertise. With Cisco since 1996 and most recently as director of product management in Cisco's Gigabit Systems Business Unit, he was responsible for all product management aspects of Cisco's Catalyst 4500 Gigabit Ethernet Switching product family. Prior to that he held key product management roles at Cisco, including senior product manager of the Wireless Access Business Unit and product manager for the Desktop Switching Business Unit. Prior to Cisco, Richard worked at Asante Technologies, Sun Microsystems and Tandem. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. |
