Richard joined Parkway's Boot Camp Program in 2004 as a Property Manager of two assets in Atlanta totaling approximately 450,000 square feet. Richard was promoted to Asset Manager responsible for Atlanta operations in 2005 and was named a Vice President of the Company in 2006. As Asset Manager, Richard was responsible for all aspects of Parkway's approximately 1.8 million square foot Atlanta portfolio, including financial performance, third-party and joint venture partner relationships, day-to-day operations and leasing. In 2007, Richard assumed the role of Fund I Manager at Parkway. In this current role, Richard serves as liaison to the partners in Parkway's first $500 million discretionary investment fund, assists with the identification and acquisition of new investments for the fund, helps transition new fund investments into operations and monitors the operations of all fund investments. |
