Mr. Gergasko serves as Executive Vice President of SeaBright Insurance Company and is responsible for all operations other than finance and information technology. Rich formerly served in the same capacity at Eagle Insurance Companies, having joined the company in May, 1999, originally charged with heading underwriting and research and development. Rich has held a variety of positions in the insurance industry, including Underwriting Vice President of AIG's workers' compensation specialty group, as well as various actuarial positions at Crum and Forster, William M. Mercer, Inc. and MBA, Inc.. He has a BA degree in Statistics from Rutgers College, is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Rich has worked in the insurance industry since 1980. |
