Richard Fabiano has served as Vice President of Finance at Xsigo since May, 2006. Prior to Xsigo, Mr. Fabiano was co-founder and Vice President of Finance for NETGEAR Inc., which he joined as a startup through their successful IPO and secondary offering. Mr. Fabiano also held Director of Finance positions with Bay Networks and Tandem Computers where he was Controller for Worldwide Manufacturing Operations. He began his career with IBM Corp., holding finance and accounting positions in Boca Raton, Fla. and Santa Clara, Ca. Mr. Fabiano received a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.A. degree in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Richard serves on the Board of Directors for the Keypoint Credit Union, a $800M financial institution in Santa Clara, Ca. |
