Richard founded The Peak Organization, Inc., in 1970 after serving for three years as a petty officer in the U.S. Navy. Richard has served on the Board of Directors and as Executive Vice President of the Association of Personnel Consultants of New York (APCNY). He was also Chairman of the New York Employment Council and is a charter member of the Certified Personnel Consultants Society. In addition, Richard has been a featured speaker at the Institute of Internal Auditors Association and other industry trade groups where he has spoken on a variety of human resources and staffing issues. |
