Richard DiStasio is a senior management executive with over 30 years of professional experience spanning multiple executive-level assignments at leading manufacturing, distribution and service companies, with domestic as well as an international focus. Richard has seasoned expertise in leadership development, change management, strategic partnerships, acquisitions and integrations, P&L management, operations management and internal business growth. Prior to joining Focus Management Group, Dick served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer for an NYSE transportation holding company for a $2.4B group of companies providing supply chain management solutions. During his tenure, Dick dramatically increased revenue and profitability by replacing its archaic business model with a revitalized commercial and operational nationwide strategy, implementing vigorous sales and marketing programs and reawakening its dormant shareholder base. In other prior roles, Dick served as CEO of a $2.8B food distribution company, restructuring its entire global organization to result in an EBITDA growth of 186%. As CFO of a major sporting goods company, Dick directed all sales and marketing efforts and handled all inclusive CFO responsibilities, growing the Company’s revenue by 150%. Dick received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He serves as a board member for UIC’s College of Business Administration and sits on the board of the Archdiocese of Chicago. |
