Richard Becktel, age 54, has been involved in the fuel and lubricant distribution business for over 30 years. Richard served as President of a successful start up wholesale distribution business, then as an operations manager and then President of a fuel distribution business that generated annual sales of over $400 million dollars in 1998. From 1998 until present, he has served as President and CEO of Southern Counties Lubricants, LLC in Orange, California where he increased both sales and net profitability for nine consecutive years. In addition to successfully acquiring an integrating various other entities, Southern Counties Lubricants, LLC has been the recipient of Chevron's highest award for lubrication marketers in both 2006 and 2007. Mr. Becktel graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 1977 in Accounting/Finance. |
