Mr. Wagner joined the Company in 1992 and has served as Vice President and General Manager of the Concrete Reinforcing Products Business Unit of the Company's subsidiary, Insteel Wire Products Company, since 1998. In February 2007, he was appointed Vice President of the parent company, Insteel Industries, Inc.
