Experience:
Richard Malish has broad experience in cross-border corporate, securities and finance matters. Richard also has distinctive experience representing clients on foreign direct investment, regulatory issues and other matters in and related to China. He has also worked on several major transactions in Latin America. He has lectured on various aspects of Chinese law, and his articles on China and Latin America have been widely published, including in the Financial Times, Latin Lawyer, Chicago Journal of International Law, China-Britain Business Review and Project Finance International. He is reading proficient in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and Portuguese. He is also proud to have worked on several successful asylum cases.
