Mr. Ellwood was first elected as a Director of the Company in July 1994. Mr. Ellwood is currently a member of the Audit, Compensation and Human Resources, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Ellwood was the founder and President of R.S. Ellwood & Co., Incorporated, which he operated as a real estate investment banking firm until December 31, 2004. Prior to forming his firm, Mr. Ellwood had 31 years experience on Wall Street as an investment banker, serving as: Managing Director and senior banker at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets from 1984 to 1987; Managing Director at Warburg Paribas Becker from 1978 to 1984; general partner and then Senior Vice President and a director at White, Weld & Co. from 1968 to 1978; and in various capacities at J.P. Morgan & Co. from 1955 to 1968. Mr. Ellwood currently serves as a director of Felcor Lodging Trust, Incorporated, a publicly held company. He also serves as a trustee of the Diocesan Investment Trust of the Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey and is chairman of the diocesan audit committee. |
