A past co-chairman of the Real Estate and Finance Department of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers LLP, Richard S. Roisman concentrates his practice on real estate, commercial and corporate financing on behalf of debtors and creditors. Mr. Roisman represents major developers and real estate funds in construction and permanent financing arrangements, including Fannie Mae financings and securitized financings.
Mr. Roisman is also experienced in commercial financing, representing lenders in asset-based and factoring arrangements. He has extensive experience in negotiating and documenting intercreditor arrangements, syndicated loan arrangements and restructures of financing arrangements of all kinds. He has documented and negotiated mezzanine loans, subscription lines of credit and, working in conjunction with members of the firm's Bankruptcy and Insolvency Department, debtor-in-possession financing arrangements. |
