Mr. Ressler has been Chairman of the Board and a director since 1997. He is founder and president of Orchard Capital Corporation, a firm that provides investment capital and advisory services to established and emerging companies. Mr. Ressler has served as an investor, director, CEO and/or in other leadership positions at private and public technology, transportation, financial services, consumer products, industrial products and real estate companies. Before forming Orchard Capital Corporation in 1994, Mr. Ressler had been an attorney with Cravath Swaine & Moore in New York City, an investment banker with Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York City and Los Angeles, and Vice Chairman of Brooke Group Ltd., an NYSE listed, diversified holding company that was the predecessor company of Vector Group Ltd.(NYSE:VGR). |
