Mr. Mink joined Xylos in 2002. He has over 25 years of healthcare experience in general management, marketing, sales management and business development. Mr. Mink spent 16 years with Becton-Dickinson (B-D) and more than ten years in early stage medical technology companies, and has been directly involved in company and technology acquisitions, the merger and sale of business units and product distribution transactions. At B-D, he held business development and marketing management positions of increasing responsibility. He was also Executive Vice President of MedChem, Inc. with P&L responsibility for the Surgical Specialties Division that included haemostatic agents and surgical closure devices. As Chief Operating Officer of Derma Sciences, Inc., he had P&L responsibility and was integral in the acquisition of Sunshine Products, Inc. Mr. Mink holds a BA degree in Biology and Chemistry from Rutgers University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management. |
