Richard S. Dziadzio is Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of AXA Financial, Inc. Among his responsibilities are Expense and Facilities Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Controllers and Tax. He is also a member of the company’s Executive Management Committee.
Mr. Dziadzio began his career with AXA in 1994 in Paris as a senior analyst in Corporate Finance, working primarily on mergers and acquisitions. In 1997, he was promoted to corporate finance officer. In this role, he handled corporate finance activities in insurance and asset management in the UK and US, and worked on the sale of AXA Equity & Law to Sun Life Provincial Holdings.
In 1998 Mr. Dziadzio became Head of Finance and Administration for AXA Real Estate Investment Managers (AXA REIM). He was involved in the creation of the holding structure, integration of subsidiaries from other AXA companies, sales of non-core activities and the launching of the company’s first closed-ended funds. He was also a member of the executive steering committee.
Prior to being named to his current position, Mr. Dziadzio was responsible for Business Support and Development for AXA Financial, Alliance Capital and AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM). In this role, he provided business support, coordinated Group programs and participated in special projects. He was also a Board member of Alliance Capital, AXA IM, AXA Rosenberg and AXA REIM.
Mr. Dziadzio earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in accounting and finance and received a MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. |
