Richard S. DiSalvo’s practice focuses on domestic and international retail financial services including consumer credit law, particularly related to credit card transactions, for clients that include major credit card issuers and credit reporting agencies. Publications/Presentations While at Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. DiSalvo served as an editor of The Georgetown Law Journal. Professional Experience Mr. DiSalvo has a wide range of experience in financial services and corporate law. He has served as Group Counsel with American Express in New York and in Sydney, Australia, and Vice President of Government Affairs with American Express in Washington, DC. Prior to Buckley Kolar, Mr. DiSalvo was General Counsel and Secretary of Dominion Semiconductor L.L.C, and General Counsel of Micron Technology Virginia. Before entering the private sector, he worked for the Rules Committee and a member of the United States House of Representatives. |
