Dick Mann is a Principal in the Chicago office. He has over 40 years experience as a licensed architect. From 1977 until the firms merger with Cubellis, Dick was a Principal with Mann Gin Dubin and Frazier, Ltd. Dick is responsible for the oversight of multi-family and senior/assisted living, affordable & market rate housing developments; hotels; McCormick Place Fair and Exposition Authority; the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, and many other private and public entities. He successfully spearheaded MGDF’s expansion into the senior housing sector, with over 30 commissions completed and many more currently in the planning stages. Dick has served on many professional, civic and charitable boards and commissions. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois. |
