Richard Reed is an executive managing director and the chief financial officer of NCB, managing a team responsible for funding, tax and regulatory reporting, budgeting, accounting and financial reporting, and investment management. Prior to joining NCB, Mr. Reed was a financial analyst for the Edison Electric Institute from 1982 to 1985.
Mr. Reed earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in finance and investments from George Washington University. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Treasurers, the Financial Executives Institute and the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives.
