Richard L. Robbins serves as a member of the BioScrip board of directors, effective April 2005. Mr. Robbins was named to this position upon consummation of the merger between MIM Corporation and Chronimed, Inc.
Mr. Robbins has been Senior Vice President, Financial Reporting of Footstar, Inc., a nationwide retailer of footwear since 2003. From July 2002 to October 2003, Mr. Robbins was a partner in Robbins Consulting LLP, a financial, strategic and management consulting firm. From 1978 to 2002, Mr. Robbins was a partner of Arthur Andersen LLC and served as the audit partner of MIM through the audit of MIM’s 2001 fiscal year. Mr. Robbins is currently a member of the board of directors of Vital Signs, Inc., a manufacturer of medical products. |
