Mr. Olson serves as Legal Counsel to the Wisconsin Industrial Energy Group and has served as Chairman of the Legal Section of the American Public Power Association. He has appeared as a witness before U.S. Senate and House committees on utility regulatory reform. He is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Mr. Olson has taught taxation at the University of Wisconsin Law School and lectured extensively on a variety of subjects before state and local associations for lawyers, bankers, utilities, cooperatives, municipalities, school boards and others.
Mr. Olson received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1952 and his LL.B. in 1958 from the University of Wisconsin Law School where he was editor-in-chief of the Wisconsin Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.
