Rick Manganello is founder and CEO of Windmill International, Inc., the industry leader in preparing and supporting the defenders of freedom. Mr. Manganello is an effective business executive who keeps customer satisfaction as the number one company priority. Mr. Manganello has more than thirty-three years program management experience, twenty-five of them with the AWACS and Joint STARS programs. A seasoned Program Manager, he has in-depth, hands-on core expertise in services and engineering management, acquisition logistics, and system test and evaluation. Mr. Manganello has a record of successful engineering projects for major Air Force programs. He has lived and worked internationally, filling a key NATO AWACS position for three years. He is currently responsible for creating and communicating the Windmill vision. He guides the development and execution of a consistent and appropriate strategic plan. He provides overall leadership for the organization.
