Mr. White primarily assisted private and public companies with general corporate and securities matters. He also served as outside general counsel for Preston Corporation for approximately 13 years and has provided legal services to several other major corporations, including The Black & Decker Corporation, Corning, Aspen Institute, Wye Institute, Memorial Hospital in Easton and The Talbot Bank of Easton. Mr. White also assisted in setting up a trust company for a major securities brokerage firm where he served as Managing Director and Senior Vice President. As a result, Mr. White also has extensive experience in family business and estate planning.
