Rick Vitelle joined CalAmp in July 2001 as VP Finance, CFO and Secretary. Mr. Vitelle has over 27 years of professional experience, including 17 years as a finance officer in publicly held companies. Prior to joining CalAmp, he served as Vice President of Finance & Administration and CFO of SMTEK International, Inc. (formerly known as DDL Electronics, Inc.), an electronics manufacturing services provider. Earlier in his career he served as an audit senior manager with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Mr. Vitelle graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona and holds an MBA from UCLA. Mr. Vitelle has been licensed as a certified public accountant in the State of California since 1979. |
