Richard J. Gaynor is the chief financial officer and vice president of finance and administration for Sycamore Networks, Inc. Mr. Gaynor brings to Sycamore over 15 years of financial management experience working for public companies. Most recently, Mr. Gaynor served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer of Manufacturers Services, Ltd. MSL was a leading provider of sub-contract electronic manufacturing services, and was acquired by Celestica, Inc. Prior to MSL, Mr. Gaynor served as CFO of Evans and Sutherland Computer Corporation. Mr. Gaynor also held various senior financial management positions with Cabletron Systems. Mr. Gaynor is a graduate of the National University of Ireland and holds an MBA from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
