Richard J. Dadamo has served on our board of directors since July 1999. Since March 1981 Mr. Dadamo has served as the principal of RJD Associates Inc. a management consulting firm. From August 1998 to February 1999 Mr. Dadamo served as interim Chief Executive Officer of DPAC Technologies Corp. and has served as the Chairman of the board of directors from March 1999 until present. Mr. Dadamo has also held senior positions at The Earth Technology Corporation American International Devices TRW Inc. and Electronic Memories and Magnetics Corporation. Mr. Dadamo currently serves as a member of the board of directors of two privately-held companies. Mr. Dadamo holds an M.S. from Drexel Institute of Technology a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and has completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Southern California. |
