Joined TeleVideo in April 2002, overseeing the Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Finance, and Legal departments. Mr. Kim is a lawyer by profession and has extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has been an associate at Reboul, MacMurray, Hewitt, Maynard & Kristol and Cahill, Gordon & Reindel in New York and a senior associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in California. Mr. Kim has represented a number of companies, both private and public. Most notably, Mr. Kim represented Cisco Systems, Inc., working on numerous mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments while he was a senior associate at Brobeck Phleger & Harrison. Mr. Kim holds BA degrees in Philosophy, History, and Political Science from Rutgers University, New Jersey (1993) and a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School, New York (1996). |
