Rick Peltz, based in the firm's Encino corporate office, is a senior vice president and serves as the firm's chief information officer. In this capacity, he oversees the design, development, procurement, implementation and support of information technology. Mr. Peltz has more than 20 years of experience in this area and has received the following industry recognitions: Information Week 500 ranked 176 in 2006; CIO 100 Award in 2005; and Most Innovative Technology Award Realcomm 2004. Computerworld also named him among the nation's premier 100 IT leaders in 2002. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 1998, Mr. Peltz worked at Bank of America as an international project management manager responsible for planning and implementing worldwide technology solutions for the firm's largest division, wholesale banking. Mr. Peltz is a graduate of Marquette University. |
