Mr. Kreger is a Senior Vice President at Midtown Partners and has been with the firm since December 2004. Prior to joining Midtown Partners, Mr. Kreger was part of a five-person investment banking team at HC Wainwright & Co. The team specialized in structuring private placements for small & micro-cap companies. During Mr. Kreger’s tenure at HC Wainwright, the firm was ranked as high as #3 in terms of most active agents for placing Regulation D financings. Additionally, Mr. Kreger is co-founder and managing member of Kreger Rohan Capital Management LLC. Mr. Kreger brings significant investment experience to the team and specializes in analyzing equities and equity options. From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Kreger acted as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and managing principal of Kreger Truck Renting Co., Inc. His primary responsibilities involved credit analysis of potential lessees, monitoring interest rates and business trends as well as developing relationships with large banking institutions. Mr. Kreger received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Vermont, Burlington, Vermont. |
