Mr. Koppes has been Of Counsel to the international law firm of Jones Day since 1996, and is a Co-Director of Executive Education Programs at Stanford University School of Law. Mr. Koppes currently serves on the Board of Governors of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), a consortium of pension funds and financial institutions focused on addressing shareholders issues, and the Boards of Directors of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries (ASCS) and the Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC). Mr. Koppes served as a principal of American Partners Capital Group, Inc.
