Mr. Hochman is founder and Chairman of the Board of Regent Capital Management Corp., a private investment firm managing two investment partnerships that make equity and mezzanine investments in companies to fund growth strategies or finance buyouts, acquisitions or consolidations. For over 25 years, prior to joining Regent Capital in 1995, Mr. Hochman advised numerous public and private companies on strategy, acquisitions and financing alternatives. Previously, he was a Managing Director in PaineWebber's Investment Banking Group, a Managing Director for Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated and Senior Vice President of E.F. Hutton's Corporate Finance Department. Mr. Hochman is a member of the Board of Directors of Cablevision Systems Corp, Santa Monica Amusements, R.A.B. Holdings, Inc. and Forefield, Inc. He is also a Trustee of the Brooklyn Museum of Art.Mr. Hochman graduated with a B.S. from the Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
