Mr. Vasek has served as our Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since joining us in November 2004. Prior to joining us, Mr. Vasek spent 13 years at Royal Appliance Mfg. Co., a consumer products company, which sells and distributes products under the Dirt Devil(R) and Royal(R) brand names. There he held a variety of positions in finance, including most recently Executive Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Before joining Royal, he spent four years in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Mr. Vasek has a B.S. degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from Bowling Green State University and an Executive MBA from Case Western University, Weatherhead School of Management. |
